MANAGEMENT PLAN OF ZAHID WALID Group

Currently, Zahid Walid Group operates a Government Owned Contractor Operated – GOCO facility at Badam Bagh Storing Fuel, Distinct No 4 Kabul. This GOCO has a total of 9 fuel reservoirs and each reservoir has the capacity of holding 6 to 8 million litters of fuel. Zahid Walid Group rented two (2) reservoirs from the Afghan Government to support of its fuel business operations country wide. This GOCO facility is owned by the Ministry of Commerce and security for this facility is provided and operated by the ministry of Interior (MOF) guards for the entrance to the complex.

Looking ahead, Zahid Walid Group is developing its own fuel facility complex where nine (9) reservoirs are being constricted, and already completed, this fuel facility is co- located with its gas (propane) services operations and it is located in the Tarakhel Industrial Parks. Gas Group, District 16, Kabul Afghanistan.

This complex is off the main Kabul Bagram road adjacent to the Afghan National Army (ANA) base camp. Nine (9) of the fuel reservoirs are ready for use.

With regard to tank fuel transport, Zahid Walid Group is very flexible and is able to adjust quickly to the need of local provinces in tern of environment, political, and threat assessment situation to where the use of local transportation fleet is utilized.
